  • Ensure a first class customer service following our global Fan Engagement strategy
  • Deal and engage directly with end-consumers via social media and other channels (e.g. phone, email)
  • Provide answers to end-consumer inquiries on the entire product protfolio for all brands
  • Respond promptly to end-consumer inquiries, handle and solve complaints and give product advice
  • Direct inquiries and unresolved issues to the specialized department and collect the relevant information to answer the end-consumer inquiry
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and international distributors
  • Provide feedback to improve Q&A databank on the homepage
  • Achieve the highest-possible end-consumer satisfaction


  • Successfully completed studies in Business Administration studies or a Commercial education
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Good understanding of social media channels
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • French (C1/C2) with English
  • Ability to reply technical or complex questions in simple language
  • Ability to select and if necessary escalate cases/requests
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer service orientation and a understanding for lifestyle and design
