ACCOUNT
Anyone can register to become a CYBEX Club member free of charge. On the CYBEX Online Shop you can access the registration section via the homepage, the shopping bag page, or the order confirmation page. You can also register via the Product Registration page on the CYBEX brand website.
Please reach out to our Customer Service team via email: service.uk@cybex-online.com. It will take up to two weeks for us to delete your account and all related information as per your request.
BENEFITS
If you are a CYBEX Club member and you purchase CYBEX products in our Online Shop, then you can earn points based on the value of the gross price of your order. For every £5 you spend, you earn 1 point*.
If you purchase CYBEX products on our Online Shop as a guest, but then you choose to register as a CYBEX Club member, then you are also eligible for points from this order. However, if you closed the page before registering as a CYBEX Club member, you will not automatically receive the points. In this event, please reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance. If you purchase CYBEX products in a store, you can register as a CYBEX Club member via the Product Registration page on our CYBEX brand website. When you complete your product registration, you can consent to be registered as a CYBEX Club member at the same time. Then you will be eligible to get the points for each product you purchased. You can go to the My Account section on the CYBEX Online Shop to see your point balance.
*Points are always rounded up. For example, if the gross price of your order is £123, then the calculation of points will be 123/5=24.6. This will then be rounded up to 25 points.
**You are only eligible for points for old orders if CYBEX Club was active in your country at the time the order was made.
Any point earned as a result of a purchase or a product referral on our Online Shop will be kept pending for 45 days in case of cancellation or return. After the cancellation or return period is over, your points will be added to your balance.
The points for the cancelled or returned products will be cancelled as well. You can go to My Account / Cybex Club / Point History to get an overview.
Go to My Account section to check the point balance. Any points in your balance can be redeemed immediately for a purchase on our CYBEX Online Shop or to enjoy your exclusive member benefit.
You can use the points in your point balance as a CYBEX currency to buy full price products on our CYBEX Online Shop. One point equals £0.10.
No, you can only choose either to redeem all the available points in your point balance or none of them. However, if your points value £200 (2,000 points), and you make an order with a gross order value of £100, you can redeem the total amount and keep the remaining £100 (1,000 points) for your next purchase.
If you redeem points on an order with more than one product, the points are proportionally attributed based on the value of the whole order. Therefore, if a single product in a multi-product order is cancelled or returned, you will get the corresponding points back in your point balance. This will happen within a validation period.
For example, if you return one product with a gross price of £199 that was part of an order with a gross price of £460, and you redeemed a total of 100 points on this order, then once the return is complete the points you get back will be calculated as follows: 199/460*100=43 points (rounded up).
Points are valid for 12 months, however, they only expire on the last day of each month. So if you get 20 points on your balance on 20th Jan 2022 for example, you have until 31st Jan 2023 to validate them.
To help you keep track of your points and not miss out, you can check for a reminder in your My Account section. You can find it in the Point Balance section: look for 'Points expiring this month'. Remember to check regularly and don't forget to use your points!

If your family or friends purchase a product following your referral, you are considered a valuable CYBEX brand ambassador and will earn additional points. These are calculated under a better rate than the points from a product you purchase yourself: For every £2 your friend or family member spends, you can earn 1 point*! Furthermore, your friend or family member will earn CYBEX Club points and unlock member exclusive benefits. Please remember to confirm that your referral code is filled out on the checkout page.

To refer CYBEX Club to friends or family, you can send them either a referral link or your unique referral code. Then when they register for a CYBEX Club member account on the CYBEX Online Shop, they can make sure that your referral code is filled in on the registration page.
Each account has a set limit for member referrals. If you reach this limit and still wish to refer more people, please contact us. We will let you know how to enroll in the CYBEX Ambassador Programme.

Fraud Prevention
Our automated fraud detection system monitors activities related to points acquisition. It identifies suspicious behavior or patterns and flags accounts for review to ensure the integrity of the CYBEX Club system loyalty scheme.
If your account is flagged, it will be temporarily limited. During this time, you won't be able to use your points, and any potentially fraudulent points may be removed. This is a precautionary measure to maintain the security and fairness of the CYBEX Club loyalty scheme.
Accounts are flagged based on certain patterns or activities that may indicate potential misuse. If you believe your account was flagged in error, please contact our Customer Service team. We'll be happy to review the situation and assist you in resolving any issues.
