Areas of responsibilities
- Support our HR Business Partners in all operational tasks
- Prepare contracts, certificates and other personnel documents
- Take over the complete on- and offboarding process for our emplsyees and be at their disposal for any questions
- Maintain employee data in our systems
- Participate in process optimization and implementation of HR projects
Profile of qualification
- Successfully completed commericial apprenticeship (industrial, office clerk or similar), ideally further training in the field of Human Resources
- Relevant work experience in HR administration
- Profound knowledge of MS Office and excellent German and English skills
- Well-organized, structured and reliable way of working
