Areas of responsibilities
- First contact for our visitors and guarantee a positive first impression through your professional welcome
- Answer German and English speaking calls and route them to their recipient
- Post office and parcel service
- Administrative support for our Facility Management team
Profile of qualification
- Commercial apprenticeship (in hotel management or office administration)
- Relevant work experience, preferably in similiar position or an assistant role
- Profound MS Office skills
- Very good German and English skills, other languages is a plus
- Friendly and customer oriented, very good communication skills
