Areas of responsibilities
- Offer administrative and organizational support to the Vice President Corporate Design such office and calendar management, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Support in different topics as needed, e.g. market research and observation of new fashion and lifestyle trends
- Review and prepare presentations, reporting's and status reports
- Preparation, participation, documentation and follow-up of meetings and projects of the team
- Interfacing and coordinating with our manufacturer in China
Profile of qualification
- Successfully completed a Commercial Apprenticeship or Bachelor degree
- First relevant work experience as an Assistant including Project Management
- Profound MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Detail oriented and well organized
