Areas of responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive CRM strategy for all our Distribution channels with focus on customer orientation and customer service
  • Manage and develop the CRM Teams, transform B2B service and integrate B2C service
  • Automate and streamline processes by digitalisation, EDI integration etc.
  • Build up a call center
  • Set up KPIs for CRM and set up controlling tools analysing the existing data and visualise for the Management
  • Develop a loyalty programm for our customers

Profile of qualification

  • Minimum 8 years working experience in Customer Relations Management
  • Leadership experience
  • Experience in an international environment
  • SAP S/4┬áHana with moduls SD/MM
  • MS Office skills
  • Fluent English skills, additional language is a plus
